Failure
Failure.
We all fail at something ,be it a diet, a relationship, a task………
It’s part of life. Sit down one day and list you failures, anything you think of as one, don’t dwell on them , just write.
When you’re done set it aside, face down. Now write all your successes anything you consider to be one, set that aside, face up.
Now look one more time at your failures, now ball it up throw it out and let them go…..
Take the successes and write on the top “success “ and hang it up where you see it daily and remember, this is what you strive for and important, don’t dwell or think of the other page again.
Sure, you’ll fail again, just repeat this exercise and throw them away!
